Jiebao Heavy duty series adopt effective cooling cylinder cover to increase the air displacement. The increase of the area of cooling fins, and the use of aluminum alloy material with high effective heat transfer,is to improve the cooling efficiency. The V-groove between the suction chamber and the exhaust chamber is to reduce the heat transfer from suction chamber to exhaust chamber so as to increase the thermal conductivity suction efficiency

The adoption of I type suction valve is to increase the air displacement. The piston pin using insulation materials, can prevent piston's heat transfer, reduce the temperature rised on needle roller bearings. It's Biting parts adopt non-leakage piston rings after special processing, can improve it's tightness, increase air displacement, also the ring made of fluorine resin improve the abrasion resistance of the piston rings.
